Reserved seating with online seat selection or General Admission.
Call Center and Customer Service
Live voice Call Center and Customer Service is included at no additional
charge to you or your patrons. Hours are based on peak phone sales times.
Off hours recordings direct buyers to web sales and offer event details.
Agents are trained to offer the highest level of personalized service to
your buyers, including assistance with purchasing, exchanges, or lost
tickets.

CST: 10AM – 6PM (4PM FRI) EST: 11AM – 7PM (5PM FRI)
Fulfillment and Printing Services
Order fulfillment with first class U.S. Mail or Will Call is included at
no charge to your patrons. Will Call orders may be printed and delivered
prior to the event, or a Ticket Buyer report can be accessed 24/7 from the
secure Reporting Login. Print@Home delivery is optional, with a small
delivery fee your buyers can select at their option. Consignment tickets,
Comp Tickets, and Will Call ticket printing is provided by TicketForce,
all bar-coded on secure, thermal ticket stock.
Marketing Tools
TicketForce offers email marketing as part of our complete ticketing
service. Our email campaigns launch to opt-in patrons and ticket
buyers across the U.S. and Canada. Data control means you download
and own your buyer’s data any time from any web browser. Banner ads
keep your event or tour at the forefront of the buyers’ experience.
Watermark your ticket with your logo or sponsorship. Password Presales
bring your buyers to the web first and get your sales started strong.
Client Services
Dedicated account management is part of every ticketing contract at
TicketForce. Your rep will get your event up and on sale in 1-3 business
days and follow it through to reconciliation.
