Here at TicketForce we are lucky to work with many amazing clients. Today we want to take the time to showcase one of our newer clients, Herberger Theatre, located in Phoenix, Arizona.

This non-profit theatre was built in 1989 upon the mission of providing support to and fostering “the growth of performing arts in Phoenix as the premier performance venue, arts incubator and advocate.” Each year around 175,000 patrons visit the theatre to take advantage of its many programs and resources, of which 30,000 are school-age children.

Herberger Theatre is currently home to two resident companies: the Arizona Theatre Company and Center Dance Ensemble. There are many more companies that utilize their facilities as well.

In addition to traditional theatre performances, Herberger Theatre hosts art education and outreach programs, as part of its community outreach initiatives set forth in its mission statement. Herberger also hosts a second floor art gallery, where local artists can showcase their work and benefit the theatre. These programs and resources have been proven very successful in the time spent to get the population engaged in the growing art and performance community sweeping Phoenix.

Herberger Theatre also has a unique lunchtime theatre performance schedule as well as its annual Festival of the Arts event, held every November for the last five years and counting. This festival features a wide variety of performances, art, food, wine tasting, children’s activities, and much more.

Herberger Theatre’s current feature performance is Around the World in 80 Days, a gripping tale of a wanderer’s adventure to all seven continents. This show debuted on March 27th and will run until April 13th. To purchase tickets to this event, click here.
