We would like to give a warm welcome to our newest Client Services Representative, Kris Gallucci. As a Client Services Representative, Kris will provide support to our clients and assist them in all of their ticketing needs including event set-up and management.

Kris has 15 years of experience in marketing and events and we are excited for him to bring fresh ideas to the TicketForce team. Kris was previously the box office manager at LMG Concerts in Vancouver, Washington. While there, he helped launch 4th Dimension Tickets, a ticketing subset of LMG Concerts, utilizing the TicketForce ticketing system. He also assisted in the supervision and execution of all company events including SpiritFest at The Rangers Ballpark in Arlington.

“Kris’ extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with TicketForce’s ticketing solutions combined with his first-hand experience with box office management will be enormously valuable to our TicketForce clients and client services team,” said Ticketforce CEO Lynne King Smith.
