We are proud to announce that Ami Johnson has been promoted from Client Service Representative to Product Specialist. Ami has accomplished so much while on the TicketForce team, utilizing her passion for music to connect with her clients and provide them with the best customer service experience possible.
Ami’s previous experience includes a variety of event positions at The Rhythm Room, Yucca Tap Room, Modified Arts, Static Management, and Clear Channel Radio. We are grateful for her wealth of knowledge in this industry and all she has done to contribute to the team thus far.
“I’m so grateful for the opportunity to not only continue to work with my clients, but to experience the product side of TicketForce,” said Johnson. “Over the past two years, I have been able to use my background in this industry to support my clients and I’m looking forward to growing my knowledge as well as making sure we offer the best solutions to our clients.”
As a Product Specialist, Ami will recommend product enhancements and updates to identify new opportunities, assist with creating and compiling product release notes, knowledge based articles and user manuals for current version of product, updates and specific project successes and stay well-informed of trends in the marketplace to ensure the product’s competitive position.
