Introducing the newest member of the team as the new Marketing Director: Sean Ornelas. Sean has a strong background in marketing and started working for TicketForce in early December.
Q: Tell us a little about yourself and your background.
I am a dog rescuer, a supporter of equal rights, a blood donor, a fan of random acts of kindness, and a good non-judgmental listener. I’m a native of AZ, and I love traveling abroad. I play basketball and go running with my boxer, Lily to stay physically fit. Friends tell me I’m perceptive, spontaneous, and optimistic. I graduated from ASU/Walter Cronkite School of Journalism.
Q: What brought you to TicketForce?
I love working alongside talented, engaged, positive people who also love what they do. And I’m inspired with Lynne’s vision and future for TicketForce. I feel lucky to be a part of the steps TicketForce is taking to move this company to the next level and help clients reach their business goals and beyond.
Q: What’s your experience with arts and live events?
I worked in advertising for 10 years and loved helping build small and large local businesses, before moving over to marketing and spending several years as Arena Marketing Manager for the Phoenix Suns & US Airways Center, and six years most recently as Director of Marketing with Mesa Arts Center.
Q: What was the most memorable live event you’ve attended?
So many to memories! Truth is, for me it’s not necessarily where you go, but who you’re with. And I am grateful to have spent many, many live events with friends and family all over world.
Q: Anything else you want to add? Random fact about yourself?
I love to cook, it gives me a special way to take care of friends and family. And I spent 5 years perfecting the sauce for my favorite dish: Penne Ala Vodka
