The multi-talented musician and actor has already hosted this award show 10 times, so he is no stranger to the splendor and excitement that is the Grammy’s. This year also marks LL Cool J’s fourth year in a row as host.

Recording Academy president and CEO Neil Portnow feels strongly about LL Cool J’s abilities and spoke fondly of the artist in a recent statement. “As both a Grammy-winning recording artist and an accomplished actor, LL Cool J's wide range of talent, dynamic personality and charismatic energy make him the perfect choice to host the Grammy Awards," he says. "His unique expertise allows him to set the right tone for the show and connect with everyone — from his musical peers to fans at home. We are honored to have him back."

The red carpet will unroll on February 8th at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.  This year’s schedule of performing artists include Common, John Legend, Miranda Lambert, Sam Smith and Ariana Grande. Which act are you most looking forward to?
