This year, TicketForce made their annual conference accessible to everyone by launching TFLIVE- a week long virtual webinar conference instead of the in-person conference held in Scottsdale, Arizona. From the comfort of your home or office, clients were able to tune into hour-long sessions each day on a variety of live events topics. Each day of the week, guest speakers discussed creative programming for your venue, the future of mobile transactions and the current state-of-affairs with EMV (chip credit card readers), and secrets to creativity in and outside of the workplace.

CEO Lynne King Smith kicked off the conference on Monday, introducing the week’s topics and the future of TicketForce. She talked about the upcoming TicketForce app, mobile ticketing and marketing strategies for your audience.
Kosha Irby (Regional Director of Live Events, WWE) and Kevin Stone (Director of Programming, Florida Theatre) gave us some great insight on marketing towards your audience, and making your venue a shareable experience for all. Ed Moore (President and CPP, CapitalQ) and Shahzad Khan (Sr. Director of Global Acquirer Processing, Visa) discussed the future of mobile payments, wearables, and whether or not chip card processing will get any faster in the box office (spoiler alert: not right now). Thursday’s keynote speaker, Diana Martinez (former President of The Second City), led a great conversation about keeping creativity alive in the workplace, creating an ideation environment for your employees, and learning (and embracing) failure.
Ami Johnson (Product Specialist, TicketForce) and CEO Lynne King Smith closed up Friday’s discussion with the new Enterprise product update, new features for the CRM, and the new email marketing dashboard.
